Responsible for running operations, sales and marketing Bryan is the driving vision behind The Hand and Malt brand. After hanging up his suit from a decade worth of corporate work in public relations and marketing and sales at Microsoft he started two successful restaurants. During this time he harnessed his passion for quality beer to start one of Korea's largest craft microbreweries that focus's first and foremost on quality and consistency.

A legend in the industry Phillip Kelm's brewing credentials include a Diploma in Brewing Science from the Siebel Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Better than 20 years commercial brewing experience, with more than 15 years of that international service uniquely qualifies him for worldwide brewery consultations. He’s provided professional brewing services in Australia, Brazil, England, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Mexico, Palau, Taiwan, and many in USA.
With over 11 years of brewing experience under his belt, Brandon is a veteran brewer with an MBAA. He was the lead brewer at Magic Hat when it was one of the top 20 craft breweries in the US and most recently the lead brewer at Maui Brewing company famous for it's coconut porter. His knowledge runs the gamut from the cellar, to filtering, to Q&A, and of course brewing.
